Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses or redirection.
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for senior staff members.
- Prepare and distribute office communications, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repair requests, liaising with vendors and service providers.

- Assist in the preparation of documents for meetings, presentations, and reports.
