Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Help patients with feeding and ensure adequate hydration.
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) accurately.
- Observe and report any changes in patients' physical, mental, or emotional condition to the supervising nurse.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment for patients.
- Assist in patient transfers and ambulation, utilizing proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
