Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support to program managers and team members.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of program activities and events.
- Prepare and edit program-related documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage and maintain program databases, filing systems, and records accurately.
- Support community outreach efforts, including scheduling meetings and follow-ups with local stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between program staff, beneficiaries, and partners.
- Assist with basic budget tracking and financial reporting for specific program activities.
- Help organize workshops, training sessions, and field visits.
- Conduct basic research and data collection to support program development and evaluation.
- Respond to program-related inquiries and provide information as needed.
