Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to project sites within Thika and surrounding areas to monitor program activities and engage with beneficiaries.
- Assist in the identification of community needs and resources, contributing to the planning and design of new projects.
- Facilitate community meetings, workshops, and training sessions, ensuring active participation and understanding.
- Collect accurate and timely data through surveys, interviews, and observation, contributing to monitoring and evaluation efforts.
- Support the distribution of project materials and resources, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Liaise effectively with local leaders, community groups, and other stakeholders to foster strong partnerships.
- Prepare concise field reports, documenting activities, challenges, and successes.
Required Skills

- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
