Key Responsibilities

  • Assist lead producers and engineers with studio setup, microphone placement, and instrument preparation.
  • Operate basic recording equipment under supervision, including setting levels and monitoring inputs.
  • Organize and manage audio files, project folders, and session data meticulously.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, note-taking during sessions, and managing studio supplies.
  • Participate actively in learning sessions, workshops, and hands-on training covering various aspects of music production.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the studio environment and equipment.
  • Assist with sound checks and quality assurance processes for recordings.
  • Research and stay updated on industry trends, software, and hardware advancements.
  • Shadow senior staff to gain insights into advanced mixing, mastering, and production techniques.

Required Skills

  • A demonstrable passion for music and sound.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems (Windows/macOS).
