Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently pack, load, and unload household and office items onto and off moving trucks.
- Carefully wrap and protect furniture and delicate items to prevent damage during transit.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of moving equipment and trucks.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete moves on schedule and to customer satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Accurately complete paperwork and collect payments as required.
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic, even during physically demanding tasks.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs. consistently) for extended periods.
