Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to designated addresses within Kisumu city and its environs.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries, utilizing navigation tools as needed.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Collect payments from customers upon delivery, if required, and accurately record transactions.
- Maintain the motorbike in good working condition, ensuring regular servicing and cleanliness.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor during interactions.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status or any unforeseen issues.

Required Skills
- Valid Class A or B driving license with a motorbike endorsement.
