Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify mortgage application packages for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collect and analyse required documentation, including credit reports, income statements, and property appraisals.
  • Communicate proactively with applicants, real estate agents, and lenders to obtain missing information or clarify details.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the company's CRM system.
  • Ensure all applications adhere to regulatory compliance and internal lending policies.
  • Prepare loan files for underwriting, addressing any potential issues or concerns.
  • Monitor application statuses and follow up on outstanding items to facilitate timely processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering client queries and guiding them through the application process.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting and closing departments to ensure a seamless transition of files.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues or exceptions to senior processors or management.
  • Continuously update knowledge on mortgage products, policies, and industry regulations.

Required Skills
