Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines across designated retail outlets.
- Ensure optimal product placement, display, and signage to maximize sales potential.

- Execute promotional activities and seasonal campaigns according to planograms and marketing directives.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather competitor intelligence on product displays, pricing, and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with store managers and sales associates.
- Provide feedback and insights to management regarding product performance and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in merchandising practices.
- Train store staff on merchandising principles and best practices as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar retail visual role.
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles and practices.
- Excellent visual and aesthetic sense with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple locations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as required.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Ngoma, Eastern Province.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with planogram software or visual merchandising tools.
- Knowledge of the local Ngoma consumer market and retail landscape.
- Fluency in Kinyarwanda and English.
