Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and treatment goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Provide remote individual and potentially group counseling sessions via secure telehealth platforms, fostering a safe and confidential therapeutic environment.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records in compliance with all ethical, legal, and company standards.
- Actively participate in regular clinical supervision sessions, engaging in case discussions and professional development.

Required Skills
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Eligibility for associate licensure in California (e.g., Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), or Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW)).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and empathetically.
- Demonstrated empathy, compassion, active listening skills, and cultural sensitivity.
- Proficiency with remote communication tools and a willingness to learn new telehealth technologies.
