Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client assessments and intake interviews under supervision.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with senior counselors.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records and documentation.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings for case review and professional development.

Required Skills
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
