Job Description

Career.supersecrets is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Entry-Level Mental Health Counselor to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (Master's preferred for direct client work).
  • Strong empathetic listening and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of mental health conditions and therapeutic modalities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in maintaining confidential client information.
  • Comfortable with technology for remote counseling platforms and electronic health records.
