Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client assessments to evaluate mental health needs and determine appropriate treatment goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and client input.
- Provide regular individual and/or group counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques via telehealth platforms.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and external resources to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Participate actively in clinical supervision sessions and ongoing professional development training.
- Adhere strictly to all ethical guidelines, legal requirements, and company policies regarding client confidentiality and care.

Required Skills
- Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
- Provisional licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (e.g., LMHC, LPC-A) in New Mexico.
