Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and presenting concerns.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and evidence-based practices.
- Provide individual and/or group counseling sessions using various therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, person-centered).
- Maintain accurate and timely client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision, consultation, and case conferences.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards, as well as all relevant state and federal regulations.
- Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, coping strategies, and community resources.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (or actively pursuing licensure)
- Strong foundational knowledge of mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and ethical guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy, active listening, and strong interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems

Preferred Qualifications
