Key Responsibilities
- Receive, label, and process patient samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.) accurately and efficiently.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses under supervision across various departments (e.g., hematology, chemistry, urinalysis).
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment according to established procedures.
- Adhere strictly to quality control procedures, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
- Document test results accurately and completely in laboratory information systems.
- Prepare reagents and solutions as needed for laboratory procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of laboratory supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
