Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures on patient specimens (e.g., blood, urine, tissue) under supervision.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Prepare reagents and solutions according to established protocols.
- Accurately record, analyze, and report test results while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, quality control standards, and laboratory policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies to ensure continuous lab operations.

- Troubleshoot basic equipment malfunctions and report complex issues to senior staff.

Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) program or related science degree (e.g., Associate of Science in Medical Technology).
