Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory tests, including hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and microbiology procedures, under direct supervision.
- Prepare and process patient specimens accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment, adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Monitor and document quality control measures, promptly reporting any deviations or issues to senior staff.
- Adhere strictly to all laboratory safety regulations, infection control policies, and HIPAA guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all tests performed, results, and quality control data.
- Participate actively in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by the company.
- Assist in maintaining laboratory cleanliness, organization, and inventory of supplies.

Required Skills
