Key Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and prepare patient specimens (blood, urine, tissues, etc.) for laboratory testing following established protocols.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality under supervision.
- Perform various diagnostic tests and analyses accurately and efficiently, following standard operating procedures.
- Document and report test results in accordance with laboratory policies and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to strict quality control and assurance procedures to ensure the reliability and accuracy of test outcomes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations and infection control protocols.
- Participate actively in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
