Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process patient samples for analysis (blood, urine, other body fluids) following established protocols.
- Perform routine laboratory tests under supervision, accurately documenting and recording test results.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation according to standard operating procedures.
- Adhere strictly to laboratory safety guidelines, quality control procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in maintaining laboratory supply inventory and ensuring general cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Actively participate in all provided training and mentorship programs to develop core laboratory skills.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors regarding sample status, results, and any issues.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and report complex problems or deviations to senior staff promptly.
