Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patient samples for laboratory testing according to established protocols.
- Perform routine laboratory tests under supervision, including hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and microbiology procedures.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Document and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
- Adhere strictly to quality control procedures and participate in proficiency testing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Follow all laboratory safety guidelines, including the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.

Required Skills
- Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or a related science field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry).
- Strong foundational knowledge of laboratory principles and techniques.
