Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment within your specific area of specialization, adhering to established protocols and best practices.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations, interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., lab results, imaging, biopsies) accurately, and formulate precise diagnoses.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, including medication management, procedural interventions, surgical recommendations, and comprehensive lifestyle advice.
- Perform specialized medical procedures relevant to your expertise with precision, care, and adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with other specialists, general practitioners, nurses, and allied health staff to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date patient medical records in compliance with hospital policies, medical ethics, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills
- Medical Degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent) from an accredited international institution.
- Board Certification or equivalent specialist qualification in a recognized medical specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Surgery, Cardiology, Neurology, Obstetrics & Gynecology).
- Valid medical license to practice in Kuwait or eligibility for immediate licensure from the Ministry of Health, Kuwait.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of post-specialization clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and managing complex medical conditions within your specialty.
- Proficiency in utilizing medical software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Exceptional diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
