Key Responsibilities

- Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility and optimal utilization.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Japanese healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate administrative and medical support staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee quality assurance and patient safety programs, implementing initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with medical staff, department heads, and external stakeholders to enhance inter-departmental cooperation and community relations.
- Analyze healthcare data and trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Implement and optimize health information systems and technology to streamline operations.
- Address patient complaints and concerns, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction and resolving issues effectively.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in healthcare administration or management (minimum 7 years).
- Strong understanding of the Japanese healthcare system, regulations, and cultural nuances.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese (JLPT N2 equivalent or higher) and English.
