Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test integrated mechatronic systems, including robotics, automation equipment, and smart devices.
  • Develop control algorithms and implement them using appropriate programming languages (e.g., C++, Python, PLC logic).
  • Perform system-level simulations, analyses, and validations to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Integrate sensors, actuators, and microcontrollers into comprehensive mechanical designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to ensure seamless system integration and functionality.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for system failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Document designs, test procedures, and results comprehensively.
  • Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies in mechatronics, robotics, and automation.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++ for embedded systems.
  • Experience with PLC programming and HMI development.
  • Familiarity with sensor integration and data acquisition systems.
  • Solid understanding of control systems theory and robotics kinematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) or ROS (Robot Operating System).
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherCAT, PROFINET).
  • Prior experience in the automotive, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing sectors.
