Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain mechanical systems and components according to engineering specifications and blueprints.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and production lines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical issues, troubleshoot faults, and execute repairs promptly and effectively.
- Assist engineers with the design, development, and modification of new or existing mechanical prototypes and systems.
- Operate and calibrate a variety of precision measuring tools, diagnostic equipment, and hand/power tools.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians or production staff as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineering Technician or in a similar role (1+ years)
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Competency in using a range of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers).

Preferred Qualifications
