Key Responsibilities
- Assist certified mechanics with vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop, tools, and equipment.
- Safely and efficiently move vehicles within the workshop and parking areas.
- Retrieve parts and supplies as needed for various repair jobs.
- Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and workshop procedures.
- Participate actively in on-the-job training and mentorship programs.
- Help prepare vehicles for service and post-service cleanup.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding job progress and challenges.
