Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior mechanics with vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks under supervision.
- Retrieve and organize tools and equipment, ensuring the workshop is clean and orderly.
- Support with parts inventory management, including receiving, sorting, and storing components.
- Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
- Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and workshop procedures.
- Observe and actively participate in training opportunities provided by experienced technicians.
- Assist with vehicle detailing and final checks before customer handover.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding progress and challenges.
