- Schedule and publish social media content using content management tools.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and competitor activities.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages, fostering positive interactions.
- Collect and analyze social media data to track campaign performance, identify key insights, and suggest optimizations.
- Support in brainstorming new and creative growth strategies for social media presence.
- Research industry-related topics and competitor strategies to inform content development.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on various digital marketing initiatives as needed.
Required Skills
