Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, website) and traditional channels.
- Contribute to the creation of compelling and engaging content, including social media posts, blog articles, website copy, email newsletters, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Actively manage and monitor our social media profiles, scheduling posts, engaging with our audience, responding to inquiries, and tracking key performance indicators.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, analyze competitor strategies, and pinpoint new opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Support the organization and logistical coordination of marketing events, virtual webinars, and other promotional activities from concept to completion.
- Perform essential administrative duties, including data entry, managing marketing calendars, organizing files, and generating reports to track progress and outcomes.
- Develop proficiency in various marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics dashboards, for efficient campaign management and data analysis.
- Collaborate closely with sales, HR, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with broader business objectives and to maintain consistent brand messaging.
