Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to consulting engagements, from problem definition to solution implementation, delivering measurable value to clients.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes, market trends, and organizational structures to identify key challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive strategic recommendations, business cases, and operational improvement plans.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and presentations with senior client stakeholders, effectively communicating complex ideas and influencing decision-making.
  • Manage project workstreams, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality of deliverables.
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional development and contributing to team growth.
  • Actively participate in business development activities, including proposal writing, client pitches, and thought leadership contributions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance consulting offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for further engagement.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in management consulting or a similar strategic advisory role within a large organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to quickly grasp complex business issues.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement practical, results-oriented solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

  • Familiarity with digital transformation technologies (e.g., Cloud, AI/ML, RPA, Data Analytics).
  • Experience with change management principles and their application.
