Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to consulting engagements, from problem definition to solution implementation, delivering measurable value to clients.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes, market trends, and organizational structures to identify key challenges and opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive strategic recommendations, business cases, and operational improvement plans.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and presentations with senior client stakeholders, effectively communicating complex ideas and influencing decision-making.
- Manage project workstreams, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality of deliverables.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional development and contributing to team growth.
