Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team in Kericho, Kericho County. This is an essential on-site role crucial for ensuring the impeccable upkeep and smooth operation of our properties, which include administrative buildings, staff quarters, and various operational facilities across our estates. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance duties, from routine inspections and preventive maintenance to addressing immediate repair needs. You will be a proactive problem-solver, adept at identifying potential issues before they escalate and executing timely, effective solutions. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Key Responsibilities
