Key Responsibilities
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks within apartment units and common areas, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Assist senior maintenance technicians with more complex repairs and projects.
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
- Respond promptly and courteously to maintenance requests from residents.
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, grounds, and amenity spaces.
- Assist with moving furniture, appliances, and other heavy items as required.
- Manage and organize maintenance supplies and tools, ensuring proper inventory.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Participate in preventative maintenance programs to prolong the life of property assets.

Required Skills
