Key Responsibilities
- Assist Machine Operators in setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products from machines efficiently and safely.
- Perform routine visual inspections of products for quality control, reporting any defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to 5S principles.
- Report any machine malfunctions, production issues, or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Support in troubleshooting minor machine issues under the direct supervision of a Machine Operator.
- Transport materials and finished goods within the production floor using appropriate equipment like pallet jacks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure production targets are consistently met.
- Participate actively in training sessions for continuous skill development and process improvement.
Required Skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude or a strong willingness to learn factory operations.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately and meticulously.

- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly throughout a shift.
