Key Responsibilities
- Conduct precise body measurements and conduct fittings for bespoke suits, shirts, and other luxury garments, ensuring optimal fit and comfort.
- Cut and sew high-quality, often delicate fabrics, including fine wool, silk, linen, cashmere, and blends, with exceptional accuracy and minimal waste.
- Perform intricate hand-stitching, meticulous finishing, and exquisite detailing to ensure a flawless and superior garment.
- Execute alterations and adjustments with utmost precision, maintaining the original design integrity and the high-quality standards of the garment.
- Interpret client preferences, style aspirations, and physical attributes to create custom patterns and design modifications.
- Collaborate effectively with style consultants to provide expert advice on fabric selection, garment construction, fit, and style options.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, ensuring all tailoring equipment, tools, and machinery are in excellent working condition.
- Adhere strictly to production schedules and rigorous quality control standards throughout the tailoring process.
