Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and packing lists.
- Support the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Learn and apply basic inventory management principles, assisting with stock checks and record-keeping.
- Communicate effectively with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal departments to track shipment statuses.
- Help maintain accurate records of all shipping activities and data in the company's system.
- Participate in warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, and preparing goods for shipment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies within the logistics and warehouse environment.
- Proactively seek opportunities to learn and develop a comprehensive understanding of logistics processes.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the logistics team, such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
