Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to schedule shipments and deliveries.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and shipping documents.
- Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, assisting with stock counts and reconciliation.
- Enter shipping and receiving data into our logistics software and databases with precision.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders regarding shipment status and inquiries.
- Ensure all goods are properly packed, labeled, and prepared for dispatch according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the warehouse and shipping areas.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to shipments and deliveries.
- Learn and adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and compliance procedures.
