Key Responsibilities

- Verify documentation for accuracy, including waybills, invoices, and packing lists.
- Reconcile discrepancies in inventory counts and shipment records, escalating issues as needed.
- Assist with data entry and management using inventory management systems or ERP software.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on logistics activities and record status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory standards for record-keeping.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and other departments regarding record updates.
- Perform periodic audits of physical records against system data to ensure consistency.
- Handle general administrative tasks as required to support logistics operations.
