Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and monitoring of daily logistics activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Support inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, such as delivery notes, waybills, and customs forms.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve operational issues.
- Learn and utilize logistics software and systems for data entry and tracking.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational guidelines within the warehouse and during transit.
- Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting operational challenges under supervision.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
- Participate in training sessions and actively seek opportunities to enhance logistics knowledge and skills.
