Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including receiving, sorting, inspecting, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through diligent data entry and regular stock checks.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, and other logistical paperwork.
- Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and pickups during night hours.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Resolve minor logistical issues and escalate complex problems to supervisors.
- Assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness.

Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proven experience in a logistics, warehouse, or administrative role (minimum 1 year).
