Key Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, storing, and issuing materials and products, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Support the organization and arrangement of the warehouse to optimize space and efficiency.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols.
- Prepare and process documentation related to inventory movements, including waybills and packing lists.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to identify and resolve inventory-related issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in line with company standards.
- Utilize inventory management software to update records and generate reports under supervision.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and supply chain best practices.
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as required to support overall warehouse and logistics operations.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 15 kg
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting (even part-time or volunteer)
