Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the efficient loading, unloading, and securing of various goods and materials onto and from fleet vehicles.
- Organize and arrange cargo within vehicles to ensure safety and prevent damage during transit, adhering to best practices.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of fleet vehicles, including interior and exterior, and relevant equipment to uphold operational standards.
- Conduct basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, checking fluid levels, tires, lights, and reporting any discrepancies.
- Provide support to drivers with navigation, route planning, and delivery coordination as required, enhancing overall fleet efficiency.
- Accurately report any damages, malfunctions, or maintenance issues observed in vehicles or equipment to the immediate supervisor.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of goods handled, vehicle logs, and other operational documentation.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety regulations, traffic laws, and operational policies to ensure a secure working environment.
Required Skills
- Proven physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and cooperatively within a fast-paced team environment.

- Basic understanding of logistics, warehouse operations, or transport principles.
