- Optimize routes considering traffic, distance, and delivery time windows to enhance productivity.
- Monitor real-time fleet movement using GPS tracking systems and provide timely updates.
- Communicate effectively with drivers regarding schedules, routes, and potential issues.
- Address and resolve operational challenges such as vehicle breakdowns, delays, and emergencies swiftly.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, mileage, fuel consumption, and driver logs.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Required Skills
