Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating daily fleet operations, including vehicle assignment and route optimization.
- Monitor vehicle movements and ensure timely deliveries using tracking systems and communication with drivers.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and clients regarding schedules, potential delays, and delivery confirmations.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, and operational costs.
- Support in resolving operational issues, such as breakdowns or delivery challenges, and emergencies efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations, safety standards, and company operational policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to fleet management, including documentation and reporting.
