Key Responsibilities
- Assist in scheduling and dispatching vehicles for various routes and assignments.
- Monitor fleet movements and ensure timely delivery of goods, reporting any deviations.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver logs.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, providing support and addressing operational queries.
- Support the procurement of vehicle parts and supplies, ensuring inventory is managed efficiently.
- Assist with the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly fleet performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet operations.
