Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of daily logistics operations, including receiving, dispatching, and inventory management.
- Support field activities by verifying deliveries, ensuring proper documentation, and assisting with route optimization.
- Maintain accurate records of goods, shipments, and logistics data using internal systems.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.
- Help with the organization and cleanliness of warehouse or storage areas, conducting regular stock checks.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all company safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Actively participate in all provided training and development programs to enhance your logistics expertise.
- Provide general administrative support to the logistics team as required.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as needed to monitor logistics processes and ensure compliance.
