Job Description

Career.supersecrets is actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Documentation Assistant to join our client’s team in Gombe. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing, verifying, and distributing shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices.
  • Perform accurate data entry of logistics information into designated systems and databases.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all logistics documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely processing of paperwork and resolve discrepancies.
  • Track and monitor document status, ensuring all necessary approvals and signatures are obtained.
  • Support the logistics department with general administrative tasks as required.
  • Learn and adhere to relevant logistics regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to shipment documentation and status.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to reconcile inventory records with shipping documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client documentation standards.
