Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including warehouse activities, transportation, and delivery schedules.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels, conducting regular audits, and implementing robust stock control procedures.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements and company policies.
- Prepare accurate documentation for shipments, including waybills, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and transport companies to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise in the logistics process, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Utilize logistics software and systems to optimize routes, track shipments, and manage operational data.
