Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate record-keeping.
- Manage inventory control, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Optimize delivery routes and schedules to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all logistics activities, including waybills, invoices, and customs papers.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and security protocols within the warehouse and during transit.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and delivery metrics.
