Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods.
- Plan and optimize daily delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of products to clients.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock reconciliations, and implement strategies to minimize discrepancies and improve accuracy.
- Liaise effectively with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient logistics processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation, including shipping manifests, delivery notes, and inventory reports.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and adherence to safety protocols.
- Address and resolve any logistical issues, delays, or challenges promptly and effectively.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to track shipments, manage stock, and generate performance reports.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in logistics coordination, with a strong focus on warehouse and delivery operations.
- Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems, WMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
