Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
- Coordinate and schedule all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to optimize delivery schedules and resolve logistics issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including inventory levels, shipment tracking, and delivery confirmations.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics operations, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Utilize logistics software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to manage and track inventory and shipments.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on logistics performance, costs, and efficiency for management review.

Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain coordination.
