Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
- Coordinate and schedule all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and optimal route planning.
- Monitor and track the movement of goods, providing regular updates on status and resolving any logistical issues promptly.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure seamless operational flow and resolve discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain robust inventory management systems, conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Analyze logistical data to identify trends, optimize processes, and recommend improvements for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies within the warehouse and during delivery operations.
- Prepare comprehensive logistics reports and documentation for management review.
- Supervise warehouse and delivery staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse management and logistics coordination (3+ years)
